How to Make Money with a Blogging Site

Have you ever wondered how to start an online business at a home location or anywhere in the world? If so, you’re not alone. People are doing it and making money while sleeping.

Did you know you can make money from writing blog articles just like this one? People think it’s super hard to do, but IT’S NOT.

You can learn how to make money by writing online reviews, making product recommendations, or just by picking a topic for a blog and running with it.

The question is how to start blogging to make money.

But a lot of people don’t know how to get started with a website. I didn’t either. That’s where real learning comes in. When I started this blog, I had to learn how to start a website with no experience. And believe me, I had NONE. Yes, I knew a little about using the internet and word processing, but about the same as any average person.

Over and over again I hear horror stories of people falling for tales of outlandish ways to make cash online from crazy schemes that don’t work. Who said if it sounds too good be true it probably is? Your parents? Well, they were right. The best way to make real money online is to earn it.

BUT, how do you know if a website is a scam? I’m going to tell you how:

If they will let you try it for free, it’s legit. Period.

I’m also going to show you why I have credibility. Below is an actual screen shot of my Amazon affiliate account report from May 2018. Amazon is just one of the affiliate programs I incorporate into my websites. I have a few other affiliate programs that make money and it truly adds up.

As you can see, visitors to my websites clicked my links 3,162 times and ordered 254 items, which made me $448.44. And all I had to do is to put links in my blogs.

Sounds pretty simple, right? I’m going to show you how to create a blog to make money with little or no experience. Seriously…I did it and so can you.

Work from anywhere

My goal is to retire and work online within 5 – 7 years. Here is an actual picture of me working at home online, or it could be anywhere else while I’m traveling, which seems to be happening a lot more these days.

As you can see, I’m sitting in my backyard with my feet up, looking at my pool in the background, and I’m actually making money writing a blog. How great is that?

According to Inc.com, one-third of employees will be working from home in 10 years. Don’t you want to be enjoying the financial benefits of working at home, too?

Allow me to show you more proof that I’m making money with my websites.

I’m a member of an awesome affiliate network that represents hundreds of companies. They provide the links, reports, and payments all at one site. This is a report I just ran showing some payouts. As you can see I’m doing very well with Wayfair, and a couple of my other affiliates haven’t really started paying off yet. That tells me that Wayfair is a good bet for links to add to my blog pages.

But the other ones will start paying off as well, once I establish more and more traffic, a subject I touch upon on another page on this website.
